Users retain ownership of content they submit or upload to Ofuto. By submitting content, you grant Ofuto a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, distribute, and publicly perform that content solely for operating and providing the services, and in accordance with your privacy settings. You are solely responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of your content, and Ofuto may remove or suspend content that violates laws or these Terms or that undermines the platform’s integrity.

Third-Party Links and Google Play Hosting

Ofuto functions as an app discovery platform. Many listed apps are hosted on external stores, most notably Google Play (play.google.com). These apps are not hosted directly on Ofuto’s servers, nor are they controlled by Ofuto. We do not guarantee the availability, safety, quality, or accuracy of any third-party apps or the content contained therein.

Interactions with third-party stores or developers, including any purchases, downloads, or data collection, are governed by the terms and privacy policies of those third parties. Ofuto is not a party to such transactions and bears no obligation or liability arising from them. By clicking on links to Google Play or other external platforms, you acknowledge that you are leaving Ofuto and that Google Play’s terms apply to your use of the linked apps. The presence of third-party links does not constitute endorsement by Ofuto of the linked entities.

The governing law and venue for any disputes shall be determined by applicable law and the jurisdiction in which Ofuto operates.
